For a quotation on IT maintenance, please provide the following information with your equipment list:
- OEM maintenance service part number for each item
- If this is not available, please provide - full product model part numbers including configuration and option boards
- Unit serial number for each item
- City and State Locations for each item
- SLA (Service Level Agreement) required for each item (Example 24/7/4, 8/5/4, 8/5/NBD)
- Date existing warranty or contract ends for each item
- Current warranty or maintenance provider
- Note if any units are in a Federal secure facility
