The SGI Origin 300 server comes in a single module CPU Configuration with either 2 or 4 R14000 or R14000A CPUs per chassis. The Microprocessor comes in 64-bit MIPS RISC R14000 500MHz w/ 2MB ECC cache/processor or R14000A 600MHz w/ 4MB ECC cache/processor.
The Origin 350 server has a (2U) Compute Module Configuration with 2 or 4 R16000 CPUs per chassis. The Microprocessor is available in a 64-bit MIPS R16000 600MHz or 700MHz w/ 4MB ECC cache/processor.
