Log-In/My Account:
To Receive a Quote:
- Click on any product in the catalog to view detailed product information.
- In the Product Details screen, select the Quote option to add the item to your shopping cart.
- From the Shopping Cart screen you will have options to Update the item quantity, Remove the item, Proceed to Checkout, Generate a Quote or Continue Shopping.
- If you choose to continue shopping, you can access your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon on the top of your screen:

- When you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart, return to the Shopping Cart screen and select the Generate a Quote option.
- You will be prompted to provide some more information so that an electronic quote may be generated. Click Submit and the quote will be sent to your email address.
- There is no obligation to purchase from XS. You can use our quote to compare prices with other sources. When you are ready to purchase, return to the Shopping Cart screen and select the Proceed to Checkout option.
- If we can find the products for less than the quoted amount, one of our refurbished systems specialists will provide a quick response and an appropriate solution for you.

To Purchase:
- Click on any of the product links to gain further information or to purchase.
- Click "Add to Cart". It will add the current item to the cart.
- You then have the option to Continue Shopping or to Checkout.
- If you continue shopping, you can access your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon on the top of your screen.
- Once in the shopping cart, you can delete an item from your order simply by clicking the "Remove" option.
- You can change the quantity by typing in the quantity you desire and clicking "Update".
- When you are ready to proceed, click "Checkout" from within the Shopping Cart.
- You will be prompted to add an address to your Address Book if you have not already done so. Select the address you want your order sent to and proceed to the credit authorization page.

Product Prices:
The product prices do not include shipping, handling, insurance and importation duties (if applicable).
Shipping:
- Indicate which shipping method you would like to use and click "Continue".
- Shipment costs are based on weight and dimension.
- Our shipping terms are FOB origin.
- If you live within Georgia, we will charge the standard 7% sales tax. If you live outside of Georgia, you are responsible for reporting the purchase to your respective state and paying the tax associated with the purchase. If we drop-ship an order from a manufacturer or distributor, and they have a location in your state, then you will be responsible for reporting and paying the tax associated with the purchase.

Order Summary:
Verify all your information is correct in Order Summary and click "Continue".
Purchase Order:
- If you choose to pay by Purchase Order (PO), you will need to choose this under "Other Payment Options". It will ask you to enter the PO number.
- Once you submit this, it will give you an Order Confirmation number. You will need to print the order and fax both the order and the PO to us at +1.770.740.0121.

Credit Card:
- If you choose to pay by Credit Card, fill out all the necessary information and click "Submit". You will receive an Order Confirmation Number.
- All credit card orders require a signed credit card authorization form.

Credit Application:
To apply for credit terms with XS International, Inc, use our Credit Application form.
Check Order:
- If you wish to check on your order, Log-In to the "My Account" section.
- Once your order has been shipped, the Tracking Number will be entered and you will be able to Track your shipment.

Changes in Prices:
Due to fluctuating prices, database errors and/or administrative errors, prices listed on our E-Commerce site are subject to change. XS makes every attempt to change and verify prices daily. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse any order for any products that have been posted with incorrect prices.
