services:
Testing: IT Equipment is fully inventoried when it is
received then tested using proprietary diagnostics that
generate detailed inventory and functionality reports. XS provides testing
services for UNIX, Linux and
Windows systems and components as well as all storage and networking equipment.
This information is then
emailed to our customer with images and cosmetics reports.
Refurbishment: Our technicians have extensive experience
refurbishing a wide range of IT equipment.
Since 85% of XS’s sales are to enduser organizations with a large
percentage to the Federal Government,
we are required to have the highest standards of refurbishment in the
business. Our company was built
on our refurbishment process and customer service.
Integration: As a competitive advantage, XS provides
integration services to our customers including
software installation and hardware upgrades. Hardware upgrades include:
CPU, I/O, memory, storage,
graphics, data acquisition components, and audio/video devices.
