The company is privately owned and founded by Todd A. Bone (President) and later joined by Doug Krueger (CEO) who has an extensive executive background with Cisco, Juniper and Blue Coat. The two combined for a team of industry pioneers and OEM knowledge.

Todd A. Bone

Founder & President

Todd has founded five companies in the IT sector including XS International, Inc., Max Commerce Inc., Renovo Group and AvarSYS. He has over 28 years of experience building technology-based companies. Todd is on three I.T. Association Boards including ASCDI (Chairman); SIA (Outreach Chair); And, Digital Right to Repair Coalition (Vice President & Board Member).
